When cancellation is necessary, please be kind and give us a minimum of 24 hour notice. We understand things happen but please give us as much notice as possible.
If you have any medical condition please let us know. We want this experience to be pleasant for everyone.
For your convenience a 20% gratuity will be added to all packages with 3 or more services and groups of 3 people and up.
After two cancellations or no shows third appointment will be done on a prepaid basis with no refund available.
